Siraj A. Chaudhry is the Managing Director and CEO, NCML. Mr. Chaudhry has over 31 years of work experience in building, turning around, acquiring, divesting businesses. Prior to joining as MD & CEO, NCML, he was the Chairman of Cargill India, the Indian arm of Cargill Inc, where he pioneered edible oil fortification as a practice, recognised by Fortune Magazine as a Change The World activity. He also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Tata Global Beverages Ltd, Tata Coffee Ltd and Indus Bank. Mr. Chaudhry has also been the past Chair of the National Committee on Food Processing at FICCI and the National Alliance for Edible Oil Fortification, a joint initiative by CII and GAIN to address malnutrition through food fortification. He has been the past President of the Food Industry Skill Council under the NSDC. He has chaired the Agriculture and Food Committee at American Chambers of Commerce and Agriculture & Food Committee of USIBC, India. He has also been actively engaged with World Economic Forum on their Agriculture agenda in India. Mr. Chaudhry is an industry expert, thought leader and innovator in the agriculture and food industry. He is a key voice on issues concerning agriculture, food safety and nutrition and has worked extensively with industry, the social sector and the Government on related projects. Mr. Siraj Chaudhry holds MBA degree from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi and a Graduate from Shriram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, Delhi.

Sanjay Kaul, Director NMPL(NCML MktYard Private Limited) is the Chariman of NCML, MktYard.com’s parent company. Kaul is a former Indian Administrative Service officer. Before joining NCML, he was the Director & CEO of the NCDEX Institute of Commodity Markets and Research, New Delhi and has worked as the Joint Secretary, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India. He has around 40 years of experience at the district, state and country levels in development administration, of which ten years has been in commodity markets. Kaul has also worked extensively with policy makers, project leaders, international agencies and government ministries and also led multi-sectoral development projects and teams. He is a Post Graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Unupom Kausik, Director NMPL(NCML MktYard Private Limited) is the Deputy CEO of NCML, MktYard.com’s parent company. He brings in a wealth of experience for having worked in commodities domain for almost a decade out of his overall experience of 25 years. His skill sets comprise of commodity trading, risk management, logistics & supply chain management, organisation and business development etc. He is an Electrical Engineer with Post Graduation in Rural Development from Institute Of Rural Management, Anand (Gujarat) and has a Fellowship in International Cotton Trade.
